There is no proposal to change uses or alter Treliske Industrial Estate.
The Hospital has various projects planned on their land but this is outside the scope and remit of our work.
All land from the west up to the Industrial Estate is masterplanned to include residential with some mixed uses.
There is also a large area of green infrastructure proposed along the route of the existing power lines and up to the A390
