Residential uses within the masterplan are flexible and there are no restrictions on the number or location of homes for the elderly, student and key worker accommodation.
Student and Key Worker accommodation is currently expected to be located at the eastern end of the site alongside key worker homes, close to the hospital and college. However this may not be the only area.
Extra care and other forms of accommodation for older people and those with disabilities will be located across the site where any access issues are lower.
