There will be three crossing points at the entrances to NAR , providing designated crossing points for pedestrians and cyclists to the north side cycleway. A further crossing point will be located in Langarth Square to support cyclists emerging from the P&R in this area. Current plans do not include signalising crossings in the 20mph zone, apart from the crossing at the West Langarth end of NAR where traffic speeds will be higher as they are adjacent to the principal roads.
