Plans for the Garden Village include providing a wide range of community assets, including new schools, health facilities, parks, green spaces, footpaths, street furniture, cultural facilities, community buildings and other facilities. Work to create a stewardship scheme to manage community assets is currently taking place.
The current proposals are for a company limited by shares.
An Outline Business Case, which sets out the main principles of the proposed scheme, is currently due to be considered by Cornwall Council’s Cabinet in March 2023.
