There will be a minimum of 5% allocation of self build and bespoke build housing incorporated within the development.
This equates to around 171 homes ( higher than the 60 + previously identified ) and includes 68 self build and 103 customer build homes.
However this is a minimum as there will be no restrictions on the amount of self build or bespoke build across the site.
