The planning approval, Design Codes, planning conditions/ obligations will ensure the appropriate management of the site. There will be a need to provide green and open space within each character area and this will need to be met at Reserved Matters stages alongside parking controls and maximum provisions.
It is down to the individual Reserved Matters applications to respond to the above requirements and there may be several solutions that would be considered at that time.
