A hybrid planning application, which includes an application for full planning permission for the Northern Access Road (NAR) and outline planning permission for the Langarth Garden Village development, was submitted to Cornwall Council on 3 November 2020.
In December 2021 the Council’s Strategic Planning Committee unanimously approved the hybrid planning application for the Langarth GV scheme. Outline planning permission for the Garden Village and full planning permission for Fordh Langarth (the main road through the development previously known as the Northern Access Road) was formally granted in April 2022.
