The project is being led by Cornwall Council working with Truro City Council, Kenwyn Parish Council, Langarth landowners, Truro and Kenwyn Neighbourhood Plan group, Langarth Stakeholder Panel and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership.
This work is being supported by a number of specialist companies, many based in Cornwall, who have provided expert advice and support in key areas of the project, helping to turn the ambitious vision into reality.
